These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the www.bbdd-thestore.co.uk website and your relationship with BBDD. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for or use the BBDD-thestore website. By using BBDD-thestore you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

TRADE SALES

The following terms apply to sales to the trade. By placing an order with BBDD you are confirming that you are not a Consumer for the purposes of the Consumer Credit legislation and for the Purposes of Sale of Goods legislation and that you are in business and purchasing the goods for the purpose of that business and not for personal use. Customers should be qualified to use the products sold on this website. Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by The Seller, for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or mis-using equipment supplied by The Seller. If you are a business customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for products that you are using and we reserve the right to ask you for proof of professional status.

YOUR STATUS

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

You acknowledge that you are not contracting as a consumer, and so do not have any consumer rights.

CONSUMER SALES

The following terms apply to sales to the general public. Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by The Seller, for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or mis-using equipment supplied by The Seller.

SHOPPING WITH BBDD

You can Order Products online via this website.

When you place an Order for a product in any of the ways described above you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you if the Product is not available you will be notified by email.

BBDD may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Please note images shown on website may not be 100% accurate as to the item due to different monitor settings and digital images will not always be 100% accurate.

PAYMENT

To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.

Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the Order.

All Order details and invoices will be sent with your goods to the delivery address that you specify at the point of placing your Order.

PRICE

The price for each Product on BBDD-thestore is paid in UK sterling (GBP).

We always try to make sure that the prices on BBDD-thestore are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless we actually dispatch the products to you. Your order (including payment) is an offer to buy from us, so nothing we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually send the product to you. At any point up until then, we may decide not to send the products to you and to give you a full refund. At the moment, the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.

DELIVERY AND CHARGES

All our shipping cost are free within the UK. Should you wish to place an order from outside of the UK please contact us by email via sales@bbdd-thestore.co.uk.

We aim to dispatch most orders the following working day, where possible, subject to your payment being processed and stock availability.

Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on weekends or Bank Holidays.

COMPLAINTS

We welcome all feedback about our service and we aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers both quickly and fairly.

We have a simple but comprehensive returns and refunds policy which means that we can get to the bottom of most queries quickly and easily.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

We try to keep BBDD thestore as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular Product will always be available. All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a Product you have Ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your Order. If this happens, you may cancel your Order and we will refund you the money you have paid for it.

There will be sometimes when your access to the BBDD-thestore website is restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or improvements.

LIABILITY OF www.bbdd-thestore.co.uk

The BBDD-thestore website is provided by us without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material on www.bbdd-thestore.co.uk we will try to correct them as soon as we can. In particular we are not liable to you for the following:

Any technical issue occurred on www.bbdd-thestore.co.uk when placing orders we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
